Privacy Policy

Sollux Labs (“we”, “us”) is a brand operated by MaiCherry Studio (Representative: Bui Cong Nguyen, Business Registration No. 696-30-02067), a business registered in the Republic of Korea. We make software and games. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit solluxlabs.com or contact us, and the choices you have. We have written it to follow the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA).

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. We only handle:

• Emails you send us. If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name (if included) and the content of your message.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
• Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device.

2. Why we use it

• To read and reply to your messages and support requests.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing.

3. How long we keep it

• Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and normally deleted within 3 years unless a longer period is required by law.
• Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short time according to its own policies.

4. Service providers and international transfer

We use trusted providers to run the website and our email. They may process data on servers outside Korea:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, security and email routing.
• Google LLC (USA): email inbox (Gmail) used to receive and answer messages.

These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.

5. Games and apps

Our games and apps may save progress and settings in your own browser (for example, local storage) so you can continue later. This data stays on your device unless a specific game says otherwise. Some projects are hosted on other domains (such as github.io), where the host’s own privacy policy also applies.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing the personal information we hold about you, such as your past emails. Write to [email protected] and we will reply without undue delay.

7. Children

Our website does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we start collecting new kinds of information (for example, accounts or payments), we will update this policy before doing so.
